To claim it, message us on WhatsApp before Session 2 begins. Refunds are returned via the same method you paid with (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer) within 5 working days.

After Session 2, fees are non-refundable — but your payment is never wasted: you can apply it toward a future batch or upgrade at any time by paying only the difference.
